Free time blocking planner
Paste your to-do list, pick a start time, and get a time-blocked day in seconds. Breaks and a buffer for slow tasks are built in. Free, no sign-up, and your tasks never leave your browser.
Add how long each takes at the end, like "Essay intro 45" or "Emails 20m" or "Gym 1h". No time given = 30 minutes.
A plan only works if something reminds you to start.
Habidu turns your day into blocks like these, then nudges you when each one begins and walks you through it one step at a time. Tell the AI coach your tasks by voice or text.

- List everything first. A plan built from a half list breaks by lunch.
- Hardest task first. Put the task you are most likely to avoid in your first block, while energy is high.
- Leave room. Breaks and a buffer keep one slow task from pushing everything late. People tend to underestimate tasks, which is the planning fallacy.
- Stop at a set time. If the plan runs past your evening, move a task to tomorrow instead of squeezing.

Questions
What is time blocking?
Time blocking means giving each task its own slot on the clock instead of keeping an open to-do list. You decide when each thing happens, so the list turns into a plan you can follow.
Why does the planner add a buffer?
Most people underestimate how long tasks take, a bias called the planning fallacy. The optional buffer stretches each block a little so one slow task does not wreck the rest of the day.
Is my task list saved or sent anywhere?
No. The plan is built in your browser and your tasks stay on your device. Nothing you type is sent to Habidu.
Is this planner free?
Yes. The planner is free with no sign-up. If you want reminders that follow you through the day, the Habidu app can run the plan for you.
